2. Prices of the Products
2.1. All prices on the site are shown in GB Pounds Sterlings and include VAT, insurance during freight, all taxes and duties.
2.2. We try to ensure all prices on the web site are accurate. Nevertheless, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have offered, we will contact you to resolve the situation.
2.3. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item in question.
3. Our Right to Cancel
3.1. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
3.1.1. One or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or for any other reason; or
3.1.2. A Force Majeure Event occurs.
3.2. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will offer an alternative replacement Product or refund to you any amounts paid to us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
3.3. We shall not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur.

4.1. Images of goods on the site may not show the actual size of items. Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment
5.1. A binding contact is formed only when you receive a confirmation by us that your order has been accepted and we have your credit/debit card charged. For our Money Back Guarantee, please refer to the Money Back Policy section.
5.2. All goods must be paid in full before shipping. All transactions are carried out in GBP Sterlings only.

5.5. We reserve the right to charge and fulfill partial orders per individual items in cases where the order consists of multiple items.
5.6. X-Diamonds UK may at its sole discretion cancel your order in which case we shall return any money received from you, within 30 days of receipt of such money to your nominated account and X-Diamonds UK shall be entitled to deduct an administration fee of £20.
5.7. In the unlikely event of change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered, we will offer you a substitute of the same or better quality for the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement, feel free to contact us to discuss a new one.
6. Special Orders
6.1.
The status "special order" is applied to certain jewellery at X-Diamonds UK own discretion. Extreme ring sizes (outside K-Q sizes) fall into this status. Please note that custom delivery times, money back conditions and additional charges may apply to any special order placed.
6.2 For rings of very small /large sizes you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
6.3.
Please note that certain conditions apply for rings of extreme sizes (outside K-Q sizes):
6.3.1. They cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty or have been received damaged. For more information about return conditions of this jewellery, refer to our Money Back Policy.
6.3.2. If you want to see how the ring actually looks, X-Diamonds UK will send you a stock size of the ring ordered first. You could either keep it if fits, or return it and get the ring arranged in the required non-stock size.
6.3.3. If you'd like to order directly a ring of an extreme size, please state this in the comments box upon placing your order.
7. Shipping & Delivery of Goods
7.1.
The delivery to the UK is FREE for all orders. For all EU orders P&P of £8 is applicable and for all US orders P&P of £10 is applicable.
7.2. We ship all orders below £100 with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders above £100 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover of the goods ordered. All packages that are sent require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect it from a local post office.
7.3. We quote 3-7 working days delivery time from the receipt of the payment, usually we do in 3. Please note that certain ring sizes may take longer to deliver. If an item is out of stock at the time of the order and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days, we will contact you to agree new delivery date.

7.4. Please note that if the shipping address differs from the billing one, we may contact you to ask for further documentation and/or proof of ID and the order might take a little bit longer to deliver.
7.5. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in our Shipping and Delivery of Goods section. We make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale. However delays are occasionally inevitable.
7.6. Goods are subject to availability. If it happens we are unable to supply the goods in time, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
8. Money Back Policy
8.1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
At X-Diamonds UK we strive to ensure all goods reach our customers in excellent condition. If at any time it happens that you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us, please contact us immediately at 0845 688 3376, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT during the normal working days or use our Return System to send the goods back.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the purchase in their original package. We recommend the goods to be sent through special delivery along with the appropriate insurance cover.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. X-Diamonds UK cannot guarantee refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at X-Diamonds UK own discretion.
Please note that any goods received, as gifts during promotions X-Diamonds UK is running must be sent back to us along with the goods that are being returned in case you are applying for a refund. If you do not send them back, X-Diamonds UK reserves the right to charge you for them as well for P&P if applicable.
Refunds and replacements are arranged within 30 days of the date we receive the returned goods.
8.2. Cancellation
According to EU Distance Selling Directive part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund. The only exception is 'customized' goods.

considers as 'customised' goods any special orders placed - extreme ring sizes, custom made jewellery, initial pendants and similar items. As such, orders of these products cannot be cancelled under the regulation

, please use the Return System in order to require a return code and to receive instructions. When you receive your return code, this means that the return has been authorized. Please note that we accept only authorized returns and the good must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and original package within 7 days after the authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Any postage and handling charges incurred in connection to returns that do not conform to our Terms and Conditions would be to account of sender.

Due to reasons of hygiene we ship earrings in a transparent plastic bag which is sealed. We can only accept earrings back if they are returned the way they have been received to qualify for the guarantee.

P&P charges, where applicable, as well as any charges for resizing of rings to extreme sizes, any deposits made against a purchase, are non-refundable.
